Some days there's just too much to pick on. For one thing, Spider-Man's comment makes absolutely no sense unless he knows MJ is coming over. "And now nothing can get in the way of our showdown!... Uh, currently in progress."
And what the hell is MJ thinking?!? I like to think that Wolverine is NOT inside that building and she's just gotten dropped off miles away from the fight. I mean, you could say that about any building.
