I think the supernatural stuff looks pretty damn good, especially in contrast to the civil unrest stuff. The trailer does make a little much of Mr. Eyes-For-Hands, though. I think you see him thrust out his creepy eye-hand three whole times.
In one of the shots the eye looks like a cartoon draw on top of his hand.
