Oh my GAWD, that does look freakin' great. Man, all those crazy monsters, what a hoot. I was wondering what the hell could be left for the third one, then I went on IMDB to confirm that that was good ol' Bill Nighy under all those tentacles and I saw he's in the third one too.

What excited me about it is that it engenders that old Indiana Jones feel, a feel I haven't felt in decades. That trailer just drips summer adventure and I can't wait.
Yeah, it's just so damn RICH. And there's only room for a little bit of Depp's hilarious Sparrow imitation in the trailer, and you know the movie will be all about that.
"Rich" is the perfect way to describe it. You just sense the adventure and it's large in scope. I'm so psyched that Gore directed all 3 of them and that the third one is in the can already. It's rare when a new, good franchise is born. I really miss that Indiana Jones vibe, which I know you've found in the Mummy movies. I get what you mean.
It's only kinda available in the Mummy movies. And even its sequels never touched Raiders.
