Detailed Thor Spoilers Make It Seem Spacier Than Expected

From cinemablend, Warning: Massively over the top Thor spoilers follow. Stop reading if you don’t want to know more than you probably ought to know.

I’m not going to break down everything here, for a detailed report go to CBM but from the sounds of things an awful lot of this movie ends up taking place in the Halls of Asgard or in other outer-spacey locations. All of the big moments described by their spoiler report take place on things like the “rainbow bridge” and seem to involve gods being godly. It’s like all the god scenes from Clash of the Titans without any of the earthly stuff to get in the way. Apparently Thor doesn’t fall to Earth and then set about doing good on our planet or anything, mostly it’s all about internal god politics and wars with other beings from other planets. Honestly I’m not sure that’s what I expected and maybe their spoiler report is simply overly weighted towards reporting on the film’s more fantastical elements. Shouldn’t Thor stop a couple of muggers or something before getting back to his space palace?

This is pretty thin info, but this is exactly how the prospect of a Thor movie would worry me. Marvel did a lot of nutso "cosmic" stuff in its day, and I don't even like reading that stuff. Double nix on flix.
