Great title Octo, and thanks for taking the helm during JPX's absence.
Wouldn't it be easier for Dr. Octopus to obtain adamantium through other means? Kidnapping one of the most dangerous mutants on the planet seems like a foolish plan. Is the metal that rare?
Incidentally Octo, I started reading the Ultimates and I f'in love it.
Oh, cool! The first and second series (called Ultimates 2, if you can remember that), are great. Ultimates 3 for some reason devolved straight into Spawn-esque crappiness.
Reading this Spidey strip again, I must express my disappointment with the lazy writing staff. If you check the last panel's little "Next" box against the one from three Sundays ago, they both read "Mutant in Manhattan." C'mahhhhn.
