Actor David Carradine, who starred in the ’70s TV series “Kung Fu,” and more recently in the “Kill Bill’ films, was found dead Thursday in a Bangkok hotel. He was 73.
Carradine’s agent confirmed the actor’s death to a Thailand newspaper, saying he believed Carradine died of natural causes. The U.S. Embarry in Bangkok also confirmed the death.
The oldest son of actor John Carradine, he appeared in more than 200 films and TV shows, and worked as a producer, director and writer as well.
UPDATE: From USATODAY, "The website of the newspaper The Nation cited unidentified police sources as saying Carradine was found Thursday hanged in his luxury hotel room and is believed to have committed suicide."

Aw, man. That sucks. Rest in peace, Bill.
He was one of the greatest, most hatable pricks I've ever had the pleasure of watching. Anyone watch North & South? He was a magnificent, truly inspiring asshole. I'd like to think that he's abusing women in Heaven now.
I just read on CNN that he hung himself in his hotel room :-(
Jeez, what a drag.
I wonder if he did it in a Thailand hotel because "found dead in a Thailand hotel" sounds so seedily cool.
