First rule of Horrorthon is: watch horror movies. Second rule of Horrorthon is: write about it. Warn us. Tempt us. The one who watches the most movies in 31 days wins. There is no prize.
Congratulations! It makes me so happy when I hear that someone quit smoking. The improved health benefits far out weigh the cravings, which is why I can always say no when the urge creeps up on me and you will too.

Anytime someone quits, and doesn't take another humans life...they're a hero.
I've been off two years (with a few here and there) and with all the crap going on with my old man, all I want is a cigarette. Fucked up.
Good luck, what finally did it? (gum, patch, kicking puppies, killing hobos?)
agreed, here's some reason...although I could still rationalize my way to just one more...

We are all cheering for you!
Hang in there big guy. Just keep reminding yourself that cigarettes do no good and only bad.
Another great thing about quitting smoking - you get both praise and a deserved sense of accomplishment for doing nothing when you think about it!
When I quit I never looked back. I had one day where I was in a constant murderous rage but other than that it was relatively smooth.
I'm glad you posted this Desroc - it shows that you mean business.
The fact that there hasn't been an update leaves me with he sinking feeling that he lit up again. Say it ain't so, Desroc!
Update, update!
