Well, that other guy's got a mohawk, so it's probably more like 25 years ago.
I gotta say, "I AM the sand" is one of the worst tough-guy quotes I've ever heard.
I've gotta say, if I were Sandman I would pull the very same gag every day and it would never get old.
Being Sandman has its perks. You get to hang out on the beach all day. If you're lucky you can nestle yourself under a topless sunbather and when you get bored you just surprise people and then kick their asses.
