Cartoon Jordan and Cartoon Octopunk

I'm pretty sure this is the first thing (or the main thing) Octopunk is referring to here. Birthday card from slightly more than ten years ago. How about that. Click for larger image.

Heh heh heh... Excellent. This is exactly what I was talking about. I'm sure the original is tucked safely away in my files.

Funny, I don't remember the canoe ride so much. Maybe there were too many spirally lines over my head, wink wink.

That's really cute - who knew that Jordan was such softy? I wish someone would make a cartoon JPX...

And a cartoon Whirlygirl might be nice too (wink wink)

Careful what you wish for JPX & Whirly!

Jordan, you nailed Octopunk's essence, particularly in the 6th frame.

It helps that there's a lobster in that frame. Brings out my essence.

Geez, thanks! I don't show my drawings to enough people and getting Horrorthon attention for them is like icing on cake where I didn't even expect the cake.

Students of the famed "Jordan's mouth as line" pictorial theory may turn their attention to frame 7, where a somewhat "blurry" line is intended to convey hallucinogenic bliss.

Octo, I posted this on the other one but I wanted to make sure you saw it:

By the way, Octo, the discussion of the mouth drawing on the Iced Coffee cartoon nearly brings tears to my eyes, it's so gratifying. YES! That's exactly what I was going for.

I'd be scared to wish for a cartoon catfreeek. I'm afraid SOMEONE might stick my head on a cats body...ahem!

Dang it, I missed the responso-slot. My intended comment for Jordan's double shot was this...

Bzzt! Bzzt! Same... comment... on two... different post...computing! Computing! Com-- SPROING!

Yuckity yuk. I was trying to post that from my iPhone and I was totally cockblocked. And it kept trying to turn "bzzt" into "bast." Bast?
