(2011) ***
Alan White and his two children Caitlin and Benny are having trouble with some unknown phenomenon in their apartment. A paranormal team comes in and sets up cameras to see if they can find out what is going on. This seems to really piss it off and things get pretty crazy.
You’ve heard this all before, many times. It’s really the same old story but this one has a decent amount of activity between the talking and waiting periods. I really hated Alan’s angsty bitch of a teenage daughter but as it turns out her attitude plays into the storyline. I was early for a wedding ceremony I was to perform so I killed time watching this on my iphone while I waited. Don’t know if the tiny screen was more or less effective but as a whole I kinda liked it. If you are into these kind of films, JPX & DCD I’m looking at you, then you might want to check this one out.
First rule of Horrorthon is: watch horror movies. Second rule of Horrorthon is: write about it. Warn us. Tempt us. The one who watches the most movies in 31 days wins. There is no prize.
