My secretary floods me with ridiculous email all day long. Recently, with complete sincerity, she sent me that picture of Obama. I'm beyond thrilled that Obama is finally taking over but I'm not sure that he can actually walk on water. I am sure that George Bush was one of the aliens from V.
the obama portrait is perplexing me. is that an elvis jumpsuit (or worse)? is that a unicorn? why the roses? why the bare chest?
The Obama picture is disturbing to me in the fact that this is actually some artist vision of him. I hope that he does well for us but fear that overall expectations are way too high which is just a set up for disappointment.
Bush on the other hand, good riddance and in my opinion he was never elected in the first place, either time (see hacking democracy by Simon Ardizzone & Russell Michaels). He & his lackeys single-handedly shattered my image of democracy in this country forever. So I say thanks for leaving us in this pit of despair, piss off and may misfortune smile upon you.

I'm so glad that last screwed up regime is gone. I have said since he was elected that you really can't blame a monkey if he gets elected, he's just a monkey. What has always disturbed me is that our nation would put a monkey in office and then vote for him again.
When fear rules the hearts and minds you can steal peoples liberties and they will still worship you.
