First rule of Horrorthon is: watch horror movies. Second rule of Horrorthon is: write about it. Warn us. Tempt us. The one who watches the most movies in 31 days wins. There is no prize.

JPX's latest guilty pleasure
Last year during Horrorthon I purchased some of these sets to up my numbers. I was all set to have to grin and bare terrible movies for the sake of the contest (which I'll win again this year) but then something happened, I started to really enjoy myself. Sure some are absolutely terrible, but for the most part they're a joy. At $15 a pop, these 50 movie DVD sets are worth their weight in gold. Over the weekend I went on a spree and picked more. I have the Horror one and picked up the sci-fi one over the weekend on JPX's recommendation. Looks great! It's always nice to have a set like that handy during October in case your supply is dwindling. Nothing like having a little extra protection.
You should have it behind glass on your wall with a sign that says, "In case of Horrorthon emergency, break glass"!
I have a rule that I can't watch a movie that I've seen as MST3K fodder without the puppets trashing it, too. I recognize a lot of these titles from that show. Still, I'm totally down with the concept.
