So bad it's just not good. There appears to be no coherent plot here at all. People smoke this weed, feel sick, turn green, puke up green foam then begin craving flesh. There are no main characters, just random people we encounter smoking the weed then eating people. This is part of the Troma make your own film series. Therefore this is a homemade zero budget train wreck.
Either through lack of budget or gulp, artistic creativeness? The film makers decided to give the zombies green glowing eyes via cheap animation. In other words, the green glowy eye things just float around in the vicinity of the eyes as the zombies do their thing. The animation doesn't stop there either. They went so far as to animate the light rack on top of what is supposed to be a police cruiser rather than getting an actual police cruiser. There are also brief animated segments in between pot parties and these are actually kind of cute but way too short, they only last a few seconds. Original idea but that's really about it. So to the film makers I say, sorry guys I really wanted to like it but I have to be honest here. Your movie sucks.

Exactly! The sheer randomness alone is a dead giveaway. They must be sniffing glue.
"the green glowy eye things just float around in the vicinity of the eyes as the zombies do their thing." I'm so pleased that you're covering the Troma films, I just can't get through them. This one sounds to be as bottom of the barrel as one can get. I feel sorry for your eyes.
I searched "zombie" in Netflix and threw this one in my queue because of the name alone. Dodged a bullet thanks to the Freeek!
