The Shining
(1980)
Secluded hotel Indian burial ground Arctic storm, hedge maze
I was thinking about this after reading AC's review: there's never anything overtly linked to the whole Indian burial ground thing, is there? Or is that just the key to the hotel's menace? And why can't I get a drink in this place?
octo, it's never explicit in the movie, but building on an indian burial ground seems a classic blunder akin to "never get involved in a land war in asia."

Ah, the return of Gretchen stars and haiku reviews. All is right with the world.
Yay for haiku reviews!
I forgot about Gretchen stars.
