Someone cared enough to sneak onto the set?
From cinemablend, For the first time I’m not excited about an M. Night Shyamalan movie. Just a few years ago, leaked photos or secret set visit video from a Shyamalan film would excite me, although I probably would have stayed away to avoid any possible spoilers. Now, Night has lost me as a devoted fan. The sting of The Village followed by the lameness of Lady in the Water (and let’s not even start on The Buried Secret of M. Night Shyamalan), just has me about as disinterested as possible in his next picture, The Happening.
Thankfully for you, that sentiment isn’t shared by everyone. Fear net has taken advantage of The Happening’s filming location proximity and taken some pics, shot some video, and gotten some insight into the story. My rant on what little they’ve learned, which includes spoilers, follows.
Apparently part of what’s being filmed is part of the plot: when the breeze blows, everyone enters a trance like state. Yes, the wind is the enemy. It makes me think of that Mad About You episode where Paul Reiser is told to “film the wind” by Yoko Ono. Sounds like old Yoko has been chatting with Night too. “Make them fight the wind,” she said, “it’ll get everyone’s minds off of stupid villages and narfs.”

I expect the people who sneaked on set got in and said "what movie is this again? Awww..."
The hot night I keep bitching about I would've welcomed a terrible trance-inducing breeze.
