Sunday night I lobotomized the pumpkin and scooped out the innards, but I didn't make the face. I couldn't let that go undone, and I knew I didn't have much time. Sure enough, I put my thumb in a gooey, slightly furry patch on the inside of the lid tonight. Ew.
Reviews soon, I promise.

Excellent! I was wondering when we would see your annual pumpkin masterpiece, nice work. Do you bake the seeds? I love pumpkin seeds with an (un)healthy dose of salt.
I love it! I have a batch of seeds in my fridge waiting to be baked. I surely hope you are going to review Salo, I'm waiting to hear how you fared through the poop.
That design is vintage Octopunk. I dig the jagged teeth.
I carved my first pumpkin ever this year and I was pretty damn proud of myself. (I'm saving the pic for my post 'thon wrap up.)
Love it! I got to carve pumpkins with JSP for the first time since 2003 and had a ton of fun! I'll have to post pics.
JSP thanks for letting me be your Pumpkin-Carving Coach! ;-)
Also, what is the deal with the post-Thon wrap up? When does it happen? (sorry n00b on board.)
Right now we're just waiting until the 20th for everyone to get their reviews in, then it'll be wrap-ups, best ofs, voting for favorites, all kinds of good stuff.
Thanks Octo! Being the organized nerd that I am I'll write that in my planner so I don't forget. :-)
Lame that I haven't commented on this yet - sorry, bro! Excellent pumpkin as always!
