Nurse 3D (2013) **1/2
I wonder if this would have been more fun in 3D. It's otherwise a fairly average straight-to-video type sex slasher with Paz de la Huerta as the psychotic murderer/seductress nurse. She becomes obsessed with a new nurse, played by Katrina Bowden from 30 Rock. Sort of a Single White Female sideplot while Huerta seduces and brutally murders men who she deems "cheaters." She's got anger issues from childhood towards men, you see. de la Huerta is fully nude for much of the film, so it's got that going for it, though I have to admit her huge collagen lips and horrendous acting sort of annoyed me. She's apparently on Boardwalk Empire, so maybe she has some talent not on display here.

I find de la Huerta to be odd looking. Maybe it's the lips - that comment made me laugh, LS.

I remember digging the preview for this but then I forgot all about it. Your selections this year are quite varied Landshark!
How many stars did the nudity bump it? Speaking of films where the main character is frequently naked, I'm thinking of rewatchng Under the Skin for Horrorthon.
I had to Google paz de last Huerta to see who she is. Yeah, she does nudity a lot. Half of the Google images of her were topless pics.
I watched this one outside of the contest, but I remember thinking it was okay. The lead actress is not a very good actress, but she is engaging in a strange sort of way.I think this is a fair review.
