Yeah, what a total drag. He was one of the good guys.
It seems like Apple is always putting out the stuff that the other companies scramble to imitate and then market as "better than the Apple version because..." I tend to skip all that jazz and get the Apple version.
I was really surprised by this. I knew he had been ill, but didn't realize it was that bad. Bummer.
