(1988) ***Full of mirrors and ice, the building is the most creepy part of this movie. In this one, Carol Anne is living with her aunt's side of the family in a tall rise building. The forces that haunted her previous family followed her here, along with the creepy man Kane.
This is what you get for playing Bloody Mary..
There's no privacy in this building..

I've never seen this one all the way through. In a way I'm glad it sucks because if it was good I'd feel bad for Carol Anne. Like, enough already.
I just found JSP's review from 2003. Here's a quote from it that shows that he's evolving into a fraidy pants:
