
Full of mirrors and ice, the building is the most creepy part of this movie. In this one, Carol Anne is living with her aunt's side of the family in a tall rise building. The forces that haunted her previous family followed her here, along with the creepy man Kane.

I've never seen this one all the way through. In a way I'm glad it sucks because if it was good I'd feel bad for Carol Anne. Like, enough already.
I just found JSP's review from 2003. Here's a quote from it that shows that he's evolving into a fraidy pants:
